Bardeen is a browser-extension tool for sales and go-to-market teams that scrapes web pages, enriches contacts and qualifies leads with AI, then syncs the results to spreadsheets and CRMs.
- Runs inside your logged-in browser, so it can scrape sites that have no API.
- Premade scrapers for common sources, plus a builder for custom ones.
- Contact enrichment returns emails and phone numbers in the same flow as scraping.
- Results sync directly to Google Sheets, Airtable, Notion and CRMs.
- Needs a Chromium browser extension; it is not built for unattended server-side runs.
- Per-row credits (three per enriched row) add up quickly on large lists.
- No public API is documented, so other systems cannot trigger Bardeen directly.
- Focus has narrowed to sales prospecting; general workflow automation is better served elsewhere.

Overview
Bardeen is now aimed at sales and go-to-market teams building prospect lists, not at general app-to-app automation. It runs as an extension in Chrome or other Chromium browsers, so it can scrape pages you can see while logged in, including sites without an API. Billing is by credits per row: scraping, web search and AI tools cost one credit a row, enrichment three. That suits list-building but makes large scrapes costly. Bardeen documents no public API, and runs depend on the browser, so it is not a replacement for server-side automation like Zapier, Make or n8n.
